| What I guarantee: I guarantee that our rabbits are healthy and they are what I say they are. If I make a mistake and sell an animal that has a genetic flaw...I will replace the animal. Show animals are rabbits that conform to the standard and have no DQ's. Breed rabbits...conform to the standard but have flaws. Pets have Dq's and are sold with out a pedigree. If you buy a rabbit from me and it dies within 30 days I will replace it as long as its not due to neglect. If the rabbit gets a malaclusion after being sold....I will replace it. If it gets a genetic disease...I will replace it. |
| What I don't Guarantee: If you buy a baby rabbit from me and its a lionhead....I don't guarantee that it will get an impressive mane or even keep a mane (this is a breed in progress). I can't guarantee that it is fertile. If you are looking for breed animals I suggest that you buy a proven buck or doe and we have these available sometimes. Its easier to tell type on a rabbit that is over 12 weeks old, so those will be the ones I suggest but I will sell babies at 8 weeks old but can't guarantee manes or breeding ability. |

| We do ship rabbits. My policy is that they have to be 8 weeks or older and of proper weight. I can hold a baby until it is old enough to ship but I will not hold a rabbit for months unless the purchaser buys me a new cage to hold the rabbit in. The new cage will be property of Legendary farms. I require 1/2 down to hold a rabbit and the other 1/2 no later than 30 days there after. The purchaser agrees to pay all shipping fees...which include $30 Health Certifictae $11 vet check fee per rabbit, $55 for a shipping crate (can hold upto 4 rabbits), and airline fees...(for frontier it runs about $135 and up). |
