| Breeders Quote: Pilaf is a cute son of a gun. While he is still young, I think he is very promising. He is very deep and loves to pose and hold it for photos! He has an excellent head mount and a very good top line. His HQ are nicely filled to the table. Unlike many REW, he has very nice texture and length to his fur coming in. His mane has good texture, not too cottony for a REW. It has good density but lacks a little in length. Hopefully, that will come with age. I fault him for needing a little more width to his chest and head. Ears: 3" Weight: 2lbs 5oz. |
Pilaf's dad, Got More Rice? is a line bred buck from last year's Statler winner, Got Rice? I bred Got Rice? to his daughter and got Got More Rice? These REW bucks throw very consistent babies. Pilaf's mom, Golden Lilly, is not golden at all, but black hiding shaded. She is the result of a successful cross of some of ChowMane's classic lines with Lydia West's beautiful sable points. She gave me two beautiful sable point does from her last litter and two great REW bucks from her second litter. I am keeping Pilaf's brother, ChowMane Congee. |
